ABOUT
Academic Leadership & Vision

I stand first from schooling to Ph.D. with merit and ICAR fellowship. I also stand first in advances in sugarcane cultivation course at Okinwa, Japan, special training on Leadership for Academicians Programme (LEAP).
I started my main career as Scientific Officer (Agronomy) in the year 1988 from U.P. Council of Sugarcane Research, Shahjhanpur.
In the year 1993 joined GBPUA&T, Pantnagar as Assistant Professor and again joined on the post of Associate Professor and reached upto the level of Professor in the year 2005. Further, in the year 2007 joined as Professor, Agronomy at BHU, Varanasi.
Promoted as Senior Professor, Agronomy, BHU, Varanasi in the year 2018 and now joined on the post of Vice-Chancellor, Binod Bihari Mahto Koyalanchal University, Dhanbad., District- Dhanbad, Jharkhand on 09/07/2024.
Published >100 Research Paper in reputed journals, 10 Practical manual, 15 book chapters,
8 books, many popular articles and handled projects more than 50 of national and international reputes. Besides these attended more than 69 National and about 15 International Seminars/conferences
